Confidential advisor

Topselect believes that a safe climate for all employees is important. However, it can happen that employees are approached in an undesirable way, for example if there is (sexual) intimidation, discrimination, aggression or bullying.

Topselect makes use of the university’s confidential advisors and external confidential advisors.

Do you work at Utrecht University and would you like to report something you have seen or experienced that is related to your work at UU?

You can then contact the UU confidential advisor for advice and support. The information provided will always be treated confidentially.

Topselect thinks it is important that you enjoy going to work. However, it can occur that you do not feel comfortable at work, due to mental or physical health problems, the atmosphere in the workplace or other working conditions. Below we list a number of useful links that can help you take (preventive) measures.

Confidential advisor in case of undesirable behavior in the workplace

PAGO you can request a periodic occupational health examination (in Dutch a PAGO) as an employee. The aim of the research is to identify the risks that the work entails for the health and safety of employees. The employer will receive advice on the measures to be taken. For this please contact Topselect.

Special risks on the work floor, such as work in laboratories, transport, fieldwork or working in the stables. Your supervisor is obliged to give you insight into these risks and the measures that exist to control risks. Such as, for example, wearing protective clothing. If you feel that you are insufficiently informed, please indicate this to your supervisor or contact Topselect.
