Topselect in “Leadership and Governance in Higher Education”
drs. Peter Blok schreef een artikel voor Leadership and Governance in Higher Education en noemt Topselect: “Utrecht University created a Career Center in 1992, called Topselect. Topselect offers various services, like career counselling, outplacement, coaching and individual training. One of their instruments is Career Consult. Each employee of Utrecht University may apply for up to three consults. The services are offered free of charge and no permission by superiors is required. …. The success rate of the total group was extremely high: 96% was satisfied with the services provided….” (LGHE D4-1 March 2011)
In 2011 besloot de Universiteit Utrecht om de arbeidsvoorwaardengelden anders in te zetten en Career Consult niet langer centraal te financieren.
